Who are the Page & Company Hotsteppers?
Hotstepper's are Page & Company's elite Pom Pon /Baton twirling performance team. This is not a 'competitive team'.
Students must audition for either Pom pon or Baton, they cannot perform with both or switch from one to the other.
Who can be a Hotstepper?
Auditions are open to all recreational students grades 2 and up. And current competitive students grades k-up.
What are Hotstepper performance opportunities?
Page & Company Hotstepper performances may include, but will not be limited to the following:
Cabotfest, Cabot Homecoming Parade, Cabot Christmas Parade, Lonoke County Fair parade, Beebe Christmas parade, Jacksonville Christmas parade, Strawberryfest, Relay for Life, Page & Company Christmas and spring recitals......
When will Hotsteppers have class ?
The majority of Hotstepper classes will be held on either Friday afternoons or Saturday mornings. Plan on 2-3 per month beginning in August. Practice Schedule will be provided at the conclusion of Auditions on July 31st.
What are the costs involved with the Hotstepper program?
The following are estimates:
Costumes: $130
Shoes: $65
Pom Pons: $45 (not a cost for Baton twirlers)
Warm Ups: $85 (optional but encouraged)
Hotstepper Duffle: $35 (optional)
Hotstepper T shirt: $15
What are the registration/tuition rates for the Hotstepper program ?
Registration fee:
$25 Hotstepper registration fee is seperate from regular Page & Company registration fees. This fee will be collected with costume/pom fees.
Tuition fees:
$0 (there is no additional monthly fee for Hotstepper members. However, each member must be enrolled in a minimum of 1 hour weekly recreational dance, or be a current competitive team member).
When are the costume/registration fees due?
Costume, pom and registration costs are due by August 7th.
Once selected, can my student be removed from the program?
This subject will be discussed with team members and their parents after team selection.
